Luna is named to represent the alluring energy of the moon controlling the movement of the tides. Much like the tide, the energy and ambience of Luna will be pulsating and changing the rhythm between restaurant and bar, ascending and descending like waves, evolving till dawn. Luna invites guests to journey through the varied sensory emotions of Luna Gusta, an exclusive European themed restaurant and the many moods of Luna Nudo, the bar.
Luna Gusta, a modern European restaurant, epitomizing elegant décor and an unparalleled view, offers the perfect dining experience for the gourmand. The menu, crafted by Executive Chef – Martin Kindlesides’ food style and philosophy, includes delectable dishes carefully created with exotic ingredients accentuating distinct European flavours. Luna Gusta brings the classic dining experience back to life with an interactive experience with our Chef complete with a table side finish.
The selection of appetizers like Gusta’s Baby Gem Salad, Artisanal Burrata & Florentine Fennel, House Smoked Hickory Salmon, Flash Fried Calamari and Spanish Cured Ham & Fig to name a few. Guests can enjoy delectable mains with a choice of small plates and large plates such as Porcini Mushroom & Kale Buckwheat Grits, Organic King Mushrooms, Spiny Lobster Risotto, Peppered Lamb Rack, Chicken & Artichokes and more. The elegant evening can be concluded with delicious desserts like Bourbon Vanilla Raspberry Pana Cotta, Blackberry Pavê, Vegan Apple Tart and Smoked Coconut Frozen Soufflé.
Complementing Luna Gusta, Luna Nudo, the infusion themed bar, will come to life with varied moods from dusk to dawn. Happy Nudo Appertivo Hours, live music and infused cocktails will keep guests grooving from early evening hours to early morning hours. Relax and unwind during Frat-Working Hours with the stunning views of the bay with special offers every-day between 4pm to 8pm. Music will take center-stage with specially curated music nights all through the week. The bar equipped with the best acoustics for music will have varied evenings hosting headlining live music bands and a line-up of some of the most well-known Indian and International DJs especially invited to spin tunes to shake the evening up.
The beverage menu allows guests to choose from delicious infusion themed cocktails to straight beverages with mixes or an extensive wine-list with Indian and international wines. Highlighting the bar menu are specially created innovative infused cocktails. The Nudo appetizer menu is specially crafted to allow guests a flavor of all the signature restaurants of The St. Regis Mumbai.
