Mahratta Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Agriculture has organized a full-day Conclave on “Industrial Relations – A Business Agenda” on 11th March 2016 from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm at Bajaj Art Gallery, MCCIA, Senapati Bapat Road, Pune.
Dr. Anant Sardeshmukh, Director General MCCIA said, “The main objective of this conclave is to generate a dialogue for facilitating labour reforms works in present economic environment. To discuss a way forward for Strategic industrial relations that would lead to a competitive business advantage”.
The IR conclave would cover Unique industrial relation challenges in IT and Service sectors, Stakeholders response to changing business scenario and Judicial pronouncements for disciplined environment.
This conclave would specially be useful for IR Conclave will be useful for the CEOs, HR / IR Manager, Executives of different companies to understand changing scenario. It is also useful for the HR Consultants, Professors and Management and Law Students.
