More like a party than a run, the runners will get to experience the world’s loudest 5 km running course, with more than 120 speakers pumping out the most popular songs voted by participants across five interactive and music-themed zones; namely Rock, Pop, Old School, Hip Hop and Dance. The Music Run™ is the only crowdsourced running event in the world. Participants control the soundtrack of the run by using the Music Voting App. They can vote for their favorite songs in the build up to the event and the songs with the most votes make the official run playlist. This global event is already live in 25 cities having welcomed 100,000+ Music Runners, 70+ sponsors and 30+ live artist performances. The 5 km run will kick off with warm-ups and performances by popular artists, to culminate in a fun-filled after-run celebration with gigs from live bands and world class DJs, accompanied by dancers, laser lights, chill-out zones, LED screens, fireworks and exciting giveaways. The first event in India will take place at Clarks Exotica in Bangalore, on 10th September, 2016.
