Against this backdrop the Exhibition Excellence Awards held annually is India’s most prestigious exhibition awards conferred upon those organizations that have shown exceptional and path-breaking performance during the year. The Award aims to appreciate and honour the exhibition industry for their effort in serving the industry most effectively. The event is a knowledge platform, networking and a recognition forum to applaud the exhibition industry.
In its pursuit for excellence, MVIRDC World Trade Centre Mumbai won the live competition award for ‘Corporate Excellence’ at the Exhibition Excellence Awards 2018. The Corporate Excellence category is conferred to the organization following the best corporate and innovative practices in the exhibition industry. MVIRDC World Trade Centre Mumbai was shortlisted out of the 12 nominations. The award function was held at India Expo Mart, Greater Noida.
The nominations are handled by the international research firm Econ One to make the process more transparent and fair. The objective is to reward the best exhibition organizations across the business spectrum. The jury comprised of representation from international and national exhibition associations including Daniel Mckinnon – Chairperson, IAEE, Ravinder Sethi – Vice President, IEIA, Angela Herberholz – Communications Head, UFI– the Global Association of Exhibition Industry and Ms. Karla Juegel, Marketing – Messe.
More than1500 Exhibition Leaders assemble at the awards function. The awards were constituted by Exhibition Showcase, supported by UFI, IEIA, ICPB, IESA, IIA, PIOCCI & ASME were attended by professionals across length & breadth of India & Asia were immensely successful in promoting the champions of Indian Exhibition Industry and hosted by India Expo Mart, Greater Noida.
