Pune, Oct, 12, 2016: City based Naiknavare Developers, one the leading names from the world of real estate, which has successfully worked in all segments of housing is now gearing up to strengthen its position in affordable housing segment. A new housing cluster was announced at their ‘Dwarka’ township during a Press Conference held in the city today. Gauri, Hemant and Ranjit Naiknavare, Directors of Naiknavare Developers were present during the Press Conference.
Speaking on the occasion Hemant Naiknavare said, “Our ‘Dwarka’ township is located in Chakan – Talegaon industrial belt, which is 10 times bigger than the Pimpri-Chinchwad industrial establishment. ‘Dwarka’, which is rightly placed for a target buyer is the first ever fully integrated township in the affordable housing segment in the state.”
“The new housing cluster will offer smartly designed 1 and 2 BHK flats, pricing of which starts from Rs.14,50000/- (Rupees fourteen lac fifty thousand onwards). Apart from the appropriate pricing we have also come up with 3 convenient payment options for our customers, which include options like 0% down payment, monthly payment plan and 0% Pre-EMI. However, these special finance options would be available for first 100 home buyers only”, he informed.
While describing the highlights of ‘Dwarka’, Ranjit Naiknavare said, “There has been a lot of talk about affordable housing, some developers are also working in the segment. However, ‘Dwarka’ is about providing affordable homes right at the location where they are needed the most and that too with all the required facilities that complement the urban lifestyle.”
Some of the important facilities at ‘Dwarka’ include internal concrete roads, water pipeline straight from the Bhama – Askhed Dam, sewage water treatment plant, garbage recycling, solar installations for hot water and for producing electricity, landscaped green spaces and a CBSC pattern school up to 10th standard. In near future, ‘Dwarka’ will have a forest centre, a hotel, a hospital, sports centre, shopping centre and a multi-purpose auditorium.
‘Dwarka’ is being developed across a land parcel of 130 acres at a strategic location in Chakan. Thus, it will enable its residents to reach at their workplace in maximum 15-20 minutes. Some of them may even walk up to their workplace. So far over 2000 homes have been built and delivered at ‘Dwarka’.
Naiknavare Developers are planning to strengthen their position in the affordable housing sector and thus are planning to build over 80000 homes in this segment in the coming 6-8 years. The developer has already handed over about 2000 plus homes till date. The total investment is expected to be around Rs.2500 crores for this project.
