Tata Starbucks Limited announced the launch of a new store at UKN Miraya Rose in Whitefield today, marking its 16th store opening in the garden city of Bengaluru.
The new Starbucks store in India’s very own Silicon Valley delivers on its promise of being the Third Place for customers. Natural light floods the store through the large picture windows. Expect to be welcomed by the play of textures ranging from traditional Herringbone pattern style walls made from wood slats, to comforting wood furniture, to an outside seating area lined with planters. This store has a unique art centerpiece, which brings to life the coffee origin story. The space is uncluttered and engaging, and invites the customer to travel into an immersive journey of coffee discovery while delivering the unparalleled coffeehouse experience. This experience rests on premium quality coffee, handcrafted beverages, extensive food offerings and passionate partners who promise to deliver the unique Starbucks Experience to customers each time they walk into any Starbucks store.
The store will offer customers an extensive range of Starbucks offerings, including the Starbucks® signature espresso-based beverages like Cappuccinos, Americanos and Lattes, as well as all-time favourites such as Caffe Mocha, Java Chip Frappuccino®, Signature Hot Chocolate and the Caramel Macchiato. A range of Teavana™ teas, including the Starbucks signature tea innovation – India Spice Majesty Blend, will also be available for those who seek a modern and reimagined tea experience. Customers can also try the Starbucks® Cold Brew, latest in a series of coffee innovations highlighting the barista craft and high-quality coffee.
Starbucks opened its first store in Bengaluru in 2013. With this new store, Starbucks continues to create opportunities for local jobs and provide job skills and training to youth in Bengaluru, as in all the other cities in India where it is present.
