Kathmandu: A powerful 6.7-magnitude aftershock jolted Nepal and adjoining areas, triggering panic among the people, a day after a devastating temblor killed over 2,000 people.
The latest aftershock was registered at a shallow depth of 10 kilometres, according to the US Geological Survey.
The tremors – that were felt also in India including its national capital – sent people running for open spaces.
