Pune: Founded in 1990, Pune’s very own ‘Prism Foundation’ is an organization which has been relentlessly working for Special Children’ since last 24 years. Based on the concept of ‘Multiple Intelligence’ this foundation runs schools, art centres for the training and development of ‘specially abled children’.
The organization is currently celebrating its Silver Jubilee and the ‘Concluding Ceremony’ of this celebration is being organized on Monday, 1st June 2015 at 4:30pm at ‘Shakuntala Shetty Auditorium’ of New Karnatak High School, Erandwane, Pune. The chief guest for this ceremony will be Pune’s MP Anil Shirole and Retired IAS Officer Prabhakar Karandikar.
During the ‘Concluding Ceremony’ of Prism Foundation’s Silver Jubilee Year, the organization will honor its teachers and trainers by presenting them with ‘Runaanubandh’ Award. Later city’s renowned Kirtankaar Charudatta Afale will present Kirtan to the audience. A program titled ‘Paaulkhuna’ will also be presented on this occasion which will depict the journey of Prism Foundation through last 25 years. The organization will also publish its annual magazine ‘Mohor’ during this event.
