PUNE: PULA (Pune Ladies a Facebook group) is a platform for women entrepreneurs that helps them start, enhance and expand their businesses; it has now gone a step further by using technology and making it easier to manage and run these businesses smoothly amid the COVID-19 crisis.
As the coronavirus pandemic has ravaged small and home-based businesses across the country, Sonia Konjeti—PULA Founder—decided to open up their services to help support these businesses in Pune. Also, they have extended the subscription by two months and helping deliver their products to consumers.
“We have taken all necessary permissions from Pune Police and helping small businesses run smoothly and delivering their products to consumers across Pune City”- said Sonia Konjeti.
‘PULA Bazaar Plus’ an AI and Machine Learning platform that is focused on connecting Home-based businesses with local customers. With a strong focus on building up interactions between home-based businesses and communities, PULA BAZAAR is hoping to serve as a counterweight to the growing reliance on internet platforms.
PULA is a platform of almost 2.5 lakh women from Pune led by Mrs. Sonia Konjeti who has helped many aspiring women to start a small scale & home-based businesses and take it to new heights each day. Now, entrepreneurs on PULA will be able to use the new platform called ‘PULA Bazaar Plus’, which benefits all PULA sellers & service providers to manage and organize their existing business process. This App will help women with order management, payments, scheduling and delivering products, listings, inventory, and much more serving as an ERP for these businesses.
‘PULA Bazaar Plus’ will use AI and Machine Learning along with officially approved Facebook’s APIs that will help in lead generation & management, classifying all leads generated on the PULA’s Facebook group into the App for relevant sellers; this is a first of its kind venture in India.
