Mumbai: Industrialist & Philanthropist, Aneel Murarka took the time out to discuss about his sleeping patterns & daily lifestyle habits. On being asked about his daily work hours at home & office, he says that his typical schedule is about 16 – 19 hours of work in a day which includes work from office & home. He tends to travel a lot on account of business, domestically and internationally as well. I have been following this schedule for over a decade now.”
With such hectic schedules it often gets difficult to manage health issues & maintain a healthy lifestyle to which Aneel Murarka asserts, “If you do what you love, and love what you do, then no schedule is hectic. I love my work, be it business, social work, or other time I spend related to business. I am quite a fitness freak and love squash and cricket. I also take a regular walk to keep myself fit.”
Aneel Murarka believes that the key to lead a healthy lifestyle & achieve maximum productivity would be to have a power nap but goes on to say, “Power nap is not possible in a day-to-day routine. One has to try doing some meditation to keep the mind calm and also to de-stress. This helps you optimize on your sleep” Aneel signs off.
