While the summer in all its glory is taking a toll on everyone, we have fearless child artistes Ruhaanika Dhawan and Gautam Ahuja aka Ruhi and Aditya of Star Plus’s popular show Ye Hai Mohabbatein who take their job way too seriously and love what they do.
The production house told us about an upcoming sequence where both the children had to shoot while standing amidst real fire. While Adi was pretty reluctant and scared to shoot with fire but little Ruhi was really excited and enthusiastic to be shooting for something this challenging at such a young age.
The production house made sure that due care and measures are taken and both Adi & Ruhi’s reel parents were present while shooting this sequence to keep the children calm.
Mona’s Gautam’s mother said, “It was scary but the children were quite excited. Shooting the sequence was difficult as everything was lit up and the children had to stand in a ring of fire. It was quite Hot while shooting so whenever the director said ‘cut’ we had to take them out immediately.”
Ruhaanika’s mother added, “This was the first time she has shot something like this and she was looking forward for it. Initially I was quite apprehensive but I was convinced with the safety measures the production house took and making sure that there is no harm caused to the children.”
