Savour the delicious flavour of fresh organic produce from April 9 – June 30, 2018
Sands Resorts Macao is launching a selection of healthy and delicious menus using seasonal vegetables sourced from organic farms in mainland China as part of Sands Dining Sensations – Spring Organic Delights promotion at 12 Sands Resorts Macao and Sands® Macao restaurants from April 9 – June 30, 2018.
Timed to coincide with the Macao International Environmental Co-operation Forum & Exhibition, the promotional menus will be available at selected restaurants including Dynasty 8, Rice Empire, North, Brasserie, Lotus Palace, Market Bistro, Café Express, Golden Court, Copa, Portofino, Canton and The Golden Peacock.
Sands Resorts Macao works hard to bring its customers healthy meals that are carefully considered in all aspects, including quality, taste and provenance, alongside their eco-friendly and organic values. Sands Resorts Macao chefs visited organic farms in China this March, where they inspected produce, tested soil samples, reviewed supply chain processes and inspected hygiene standards. Around 30 different organic vegetables will be sourced from the farms.
Healthier and better tasting, with higher levels of vitamins and minerals, organic vegetables are produced using methods that recycle resources, promote ecological balance and sustainability, restrict the use of pesticides and fertilisers and are not processed using irradiation, industrial solvents or synthetic food additives. Sourcing through organic farms in China rather than overseas also reduces carbon footprint.
Offering a world of diverse cuisine prepared by some of the most innovative and skilled chefs, Sands Dining Sensations highlights the quality at Sands Resorts Macao’s more than 150 restaurants. For more information, please visit: https://en.sandsresortsmacao.com/dining
With Macao named as a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy in late 2017, there has never been a better time to explore Sands Resorts Macao’s award-winning array of great dining options. Sample an authentic French afternoon tea at The Parisian Macao’s Brasserie, the famous seafood platter at The Venetian Macao’s Portofino, old Beijing noodles at North and spiced delights at Michelin-starred Indian restaurant, The Golden Peacock.
