One can relive the era of the past, at the Royal buffet dinner, 7:00pm onwards at Spice Kitchen and Shakahari.
The food festival is curated by the team of renowned chef, Chef Mujeeb-ur-Rehman from Lucknow. Known for his delectable creations across the globe, Chef Rehman is a self-taught master and a perfectionist. The fest is featuring from his kitchens, exotic appetizers like Galawati Kebab, Murgh Tikka Mirza Hasnu, Paneer Surkh Tikka, Changezi Kumbh and main course like Nehari Ghosht, Rampuri Murgh Pulao, Kashmiri Dum Aloo, Kofta Bagh-e-Hazim and Nawabi Baigan Bharta. The star delicacies of the meal are Hyderabadi Ghosht Biryani, Subz Dum Pulao, Mutter ke Tahiri, Hyderabadi Khatti Dal and Rajmah Kashmiri. Saving the best for the last, shahi halwas and sweets from these regions is also on display for the patrons.
