PUNE: In India, there is one type of cuisine that dominates much of the restaurant scene and it’s the Indo-Chinese cuisine. Everyone in India is enamoured of Indo-Chinese cuisine, so much so that in some neighbourhoods, it even outnumbers the Indian spots. In order to bring this mash-up of the aromatic spices together, Sayaji Pune will be celebrating the fusion of these Chinese and Indian foods at their very own Indo-Chinese Food Festival.
Tickling the taste buds of Indian and Chinese food lovers alike, the Indo-Chinese Food Festival will showcase a menu featuring both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options such as Chowmein, Momos, Noodles, Fried Rice, Salads, Soups, Shezwan Curries and Rice. Not only will the ambience be wonderful with various props used to depict the Indo-Chinese theme but the hotel staff will also be dressed in attires to give you a small tour of China.
Come and experience the amalgamation of Chinese and Indian flavour which will seamlessly match together and create a wholly unique culinary experience at Sayaji Pune.
