Tribe Students Accommodation announces the launch of its luxurious hostel for students in Wakad
PUNE: “The Real Estate, in general, is not student-centric and does not cater to their living requirements. Parents today while sending their children to study in other states are ready to pay for good staying facilities, which unfortunately are not available. The availability of the best amenities and comfort for our student community, under one roof, is the need of the hour,” said Yogesh Mehra, Founder and CEO of Tribe Student Accommodation during a press conference held in Pune today while announcing the launch of the first of its kind hostel- Tribe Stays in Wakad.
This will be the third property of Tribe in Maharashtra, which will be located near institutes like Indira College of Commerce and Science, Symbiosis Skills and Professional University, Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth, and Balaji Institute of Modern Management.
Shantam Mehra, Co-founder at Tribe Students Accommodation was also present during the conference.
This uber-luxurious accommodation will have 210 fully air-conditioned rooms with suites and will feature world-class cuisine at the in-house cafes alongside beautiful social spaces. With professional security that extends to a keyless and cashless campus, Tribe Wakad also has a state-of-the-art fitness center and a calendar full of social events to keep students engaged. The hostel will be available to students in the age group of 18 to 22.
“With Tribe, we want to disrupt the entire landscape of student living and create a holistic experience in which students can thrive and experience the best years of their lives,” said Yogesh.
Tribe accordingly has identified other 20 educational cities in India including Delhi, Bangalore, Dehradun, Chennai, and Vellore where they aim to set up such hostels and more than 20,000 beds for the student community in the coming years.
“We want to add value to the lives of students so that their parents wouldn’t hesitate to send them to study anywhere in India,” said Shantam.
