Shegaon: Seven Greens Solar Systems Pvt Ltd, Maharashtra’s leading solar EPC company, has commissioned solar rooftop installation at one of Maharashtra’s holyplace of worship – The Shri Gajanan Maharaj Sansthan, Shegaon at the hands of Mr.ChandrashekharBawankule, honourableMinister of Power, Government of Maharashtra.
The installation was undertaken at 18 different sites which includes Shegaon, Nashik and Solapur totalling upto3MW power generation. The project entails energy generation of 40Lac units annually, which will ensure about 85 % of the institution’s energy consumption through Solar power.
Mr.ChandrashekharBawankule,honourable Minister of Power, Govt.of Maharashtra said ,“This initiative undertaken by Shri Gajanan Maharaj Sansthan will give an impetus to our agenda of spreading awareness about solar energy and its benefits”.
This installation will help the Institution to save Rs4 Crores on their electricity bill annually. “We, the state nodal agency, is striving towards increasing awareness about solar power and its benefits which resonates with State & Central Government’s aim. The solar power installation at Shri Gajanan Maharaj Sansthan, which was undertaken by Seven Greens Solar Systems, is one of the biggest solar rooftopprojects undertaken in Maharashtra till date. Such projects will help create awareness about the importance of green energy ” mentioned Mr. KantilalUmap, DG, Maharashtra Energy Development Authority.Mr. Akshay Borkar, MD ,7Greens , said, “I would like to thank Shri Ganajan Maharaj Sansthan for having taken a huge step towards implementing green energy solutions .We consider ourselves blessed to have got an opportunity to work with this sacred institution . Our projectspans over an area of 2.5lac sqftand has a total of 9000 solar panels”. We have used Optimiser technology to enhance performance of the plant which comes with 12years warranty on Solar Inverters.
Seven Greens Solar Systems Pvt Ltd have been working extensively across India since 2010 in EPC, and have undertaken installations totalling upwards of20MW (till date).
