Pune: Solitaire a premium construction company in commercial and residential segment, hosted a first of its kind Startups Club event recently at their flagship project Solitaire Business Hub in Pune. More than 20 start ups from the city participated and attended the event.
A platform providing budding entrepreneurs to associate with each other, the start- up event addressed entrepreneurial queries & requirements and support for execution, connections & outreach.
Speaking on the occasion Mr. Atul Chordia, Managing Director, Solitaire said, “We at Solitaire are extremely glad to provide a platform for start -ups to interact with each other. At Solitaire Business Hub our vision is to create the best destination for start-ups that need the right infrastructure to brand a business and build a competitive edge. Entrepreneurs, present at the event discussed the challenges faced in the initial phase of starting a venture. Location being a prime concern for Startups, due to tight budgets, it is quite difficult to get a decent workplace at a prime location.
Most of the start-ups operate out of home or from residential turned commercial spaces, which are seldom recognized by people. To acquire a space equivalent to their needs, offering important facilities, like meeting and conference rooms, food courts, stationery stations, reception and world class amenities and to be among other recognized corporates, suitable to their budgets, meets the aspirations of a start- up.
Salma Moosa, Core Designated Partner, Startups Club Networks LLP and Vivek Srinivasan, Managing Director, VS Prudence Advisors Pvt. Ltd. addressed the new start- ups club Pune members. A club created by doers for the doers, the event provided insights on how to start a company and its pre-requisites.
