<p><strong>BENGALURU:</strong> Scania Commercial Vehicles India Pvt. Ltd. today announced the appointment of GMMCO Limited, part of the CKA Birla Group, as its new authorized dealer partner for Northern, Eastern, and Central India. This partnership marks a key milestone in Scania’s renewed India growth strategy, reinforcing its commitment to strengthening regional coverage, enhancing customer experience, and driving expansion across all business segments.</p>



<p>Under this arrangement, GMMCO will be responsible for sales and service support for projects located across the Northern, Eastern, and Central regions of India, while PPS Motors will continue to represent Scania in the Southern and Western territories. This strategic allocation ensures seamless national coverage, enhanced customer support, and faster response times, enabling Scania to deliver an even higher standard of service across the country.</p>



<p>This collaboration represents Scania’s transition from a direct sales model to a fully dealer-driven ecosystem. Going forward, Scania will focus on product planning, innovation, and lead generation, while its dealers will independently manage sales, service, invoicing, documentation, aftermarket operations, demo fleets, and inventory. This decentralized approach enhances operational agility, improves accountability, and ensures customer-centric responsiveness through dedicated regional expertise.</p>

<p><strong>PUNE</strong>: Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL), today inaugurated three new dealer showrooms in Pune, Maharashtra in line with Hyundai Motor Company’s <strong>G</strong>lobal <strong>D</strong>ealership <strong>S</strong>pace <strong>I</strong>dentity (GDSI) 2.0 guidelines. Developed on the pillars of Modernity, Experience, Comfort, and Technology, the GDSI 2.0 brand identity brings in international standards to offer a digitally advanced, friendly and comfortable environment to customers at HMIL dealer showrooms. The new showrooms aim to leverage technology, and offer customers a delightful car buying experience.</p>



<p>The new [dealer showrooms]: Kundan Hyundai, Modi Hyundai and Kothari Hyundai in Pune, Maharashtra, have implemented GDSI 2.0 norms and were inaugurated today by Mr. Unsoo Kim, Managing Director, HMIL, Mr. Tarun Garg, Chief Operating Officer, HMIL, and Mr. J T Park, Executive Director, Sales and Marketing, HMIL.</p>



<p><strong>The GDSI 2.0 concept includes several key features aimed at enhancing the customer experience including:</strong></p>

<p><strong>PUNE:</strong> Nexzu Mobility, an innovative urban transportation solution provider, has announced its strategic plan to significantly expand its dealership network. The company plans to multiply its current retail network by eightfold before the end of the calendar year. A five-year old brand in the EV-cycle category, Nexzu Mobility is looking at redefining mobility with its smart, India-engineered EV-cycles.</p>



<p>To establish a network of 10 distributors, each having 20 dealerships, Nexzu intends to foster substantial growth and widespread presence across regions in India. Currently, Nexzu Mobility operates with five distributors, each equipped with four dealerships, spread across the country. Recognizing the immense potential for the future of EV cycles in India, Nexzu Mobility is set to significantly enhance its outreach.</p>

To capitalize on the growing market potential presented by India&#8217;s increasing demand for EVs, Nexzu Mobility is looking at further penetrating its reach in the Western and Northern regions while concurrently strengthening its position in the Southern market.</p>



<p>To meet the needs of both B2B and B2C markets, Nexzu Mobility has created and engineered three EV cycles: Rompus+, RoadLark, and Bazinga. The indigenously developed products are 95% localized with an in-house developed powertrain system and are manufactured in Pune. Nexzu EV-cycles are developed, keeping in mind the needs of Indian consumers, rethinking cycling, and expanding the boundaries of sustainable transportation.</p>
