The company is creating and dedicating bespoke rooms within its properties for corporate short stays, enhancing the overall experience for professionals on the move, especially during the peak year-end travel period and beyond.</p>



<p>A recent report suggests that India&#8217;s over USD 10.6 billion <a href="https://economictimes.indiatimes.com/topic/corporate-travel">corporate travel</a> sector is estimated to grow at a 10.1 percent CAGR to USD 20.8 billion by FY30, driven by tech-enabled, personalized, and sustainable solutions.</p>



<p>The brand believes this new offering will redefine the corporate stay experience by offering customized solutions for working professionals. Talking about the motivation behind the expansion, <strong>Deepak Anand, Founder &amp; CEO, of Housr</strong> said, “Since<em> its inception, Housr has witnessed </em>exceptional demand for short-term stays, signaling<em> a gap in the market that we are now set to fill. Approximately 30-40 % of our current residents expressed a desire for a capsule format of Housr tailored to facilitate their corporate travel seamlessly. <p>Housr&#8217;s rapid growth trajectory will continue into Quarter 1 of 2025 with the launch of 10 new properties, adding to the existing 70+ properties. For the short stay format where a traveler can book one or multiple nights with Housr, the company is capitalizing on its existing presence in five cities: Gurugram, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, and Vizag with the target audience mainly being business and corporate travelers, within the age group of 25 to 40 years<em>.</em> This strategic decision will not only establish the brand in the short-term stay market but will further solidify its position as a leader in the managed living segment.</p>



<p>To cater to the demands of this segment, Housr will retain its standard services, which include professional housekeeping, laundry on demand, breakfast and dinner buffets, high-speed WiFi, and 3-tier security. In addition, personal care shower essentials and grooming essentials will be provided as a part of the offerings for the corporate traveler.</p>

<p><strong>MUMBAI:</strong> Federal Bank in association with Collinson, owner, and operator of Priority PassTM Access India, a dedicated airport experiences program for India, and  <a href="https://www.collinsongroup.com/en/airport-and-travel-enhancement/loungekey">LoungeKey<sup>TM</sup></a>, an international digital travel experiences program, announces a new program that offers the Bank’s customers access to premium airport lounges and travel experiences.</p>



<p>This partnership will enable eligible Federal Bank cardholders (with payment cards issued across any payment network brand – Mastercard, Visa, and Rupay) to enjoy complimentary access to over 50 premium airport lounges and travel experiences across all major cities in India, simply by tapping or swiping their payment card on entry. Additionally, eligible Federal Bank cardholders will also have access to over 1,200 international airport lounges and travel experiences through Collinson’s LoungeKey<sup>TM</sup> program. Depending on their card type, eligible cardholders will be entitled to between two and four complimentary lounge visits per annum.</p>



<p>With India experiencing a positive travel rebound over and above pre-COVID levels, this partnership with Federal Bank is perfectly timed to better support its cardholders during their upcoming travels.</p>



<p>The premium benefit is also highly relevant, with travelers having expressed that they are willing to pay more for experiences that make their journeys more comfortable, such as airport lounge access. A<a href="https://www.collinsongroup.com/en/insights/87-percent-of-indian-travellers-expect-airport-lounge-access-as-a-premium-card-benefit"> recent Collinson study</a> surveying over 5,400 frequent travelers across seven Asia Pacific markets (1,063 of which were India-based respondents) found that 87% of travelers in India expect airport lounge access as a premium card benefit. 55% said they felt ‘rewarded’; while a further 52% ‘feel valued as a customer’ when they are provided with lounge access. Indian travelers also valued other travel experiences, such as dining discounts, lifestyle and wellness benefits such as sleep pods, and having access to a well-being and fitness app, the study found.</p>

<p><strong>DELHI:</strong> The Singapore Tourism Board (STB) in collaboration with Tripoto announced the launch of its exclusive series “On My Own in Singapore”- a web series showcasing a young female traveler’s journey in Singapore.&nbsp; This web series is the first of its kind co-produced by a national tourism board and a travel platform, aimed at breaking misconceptions of solo female travel. The 6-episode web series features a female protagonist on an epic journey of self-exploration, against the vibrant backdrop of Singapore’s lifestyle offerings.&nbsp;</p>



<p>The series launch of “On My Own in Singapore” was held on 24<sup>th</sup> March 2023 at Home, Delhi by PVR, Ambience Mall Vasant Kunj in Delhi and was graced by the presence of the lead actor Vidushi Kaul, who shared anecdotes from her experience filming in Singapore and her own personal discoveries on the glittering city-state.&nbsp;</p>



<p>Taking on a short and crisp format, “On My Own in Singapore” is a light, amusing and heartwarming story that takes a peek into the pensive mind of Marzia, a 29-year-old who undertakes her solo bachelorette trip in Singapore. Spoofed by her friends into making the solo trip, she discovers many surprises in Singapore on her own that reconnect with her inner self.&nbsp;</p>



<p>Vidushi Kaul, who has appeared previously in shows such as <em>TVF Pitchers</em> and <em>Made in Heaven</em>, plays the role of Marzia. The show is directed by Shreeya Tiwari, who has been associated with other critically-acclaimed projects such as Josef in Exile and <em>Anarchy of Existence</em>.</p>
