New York, NY: Tambourine, a marketing technology company for hotels worldwide, has announced the release of its Dynamic Personalization Engine. The new technology personalizes the experience of hotel website visitors based on their previous booking behavior, their geo-location and the pages they visit on the hotel website.
The Personalization Engine has been in testing for more than a year at independent hotels worldwide, enabling the properties to recognize, reward and convert visitors with a history of direct bookings.
