All the way from Hyderabad Marriott Hotel & Convention Centre, we have Chef MV Naidu, Executive Sous Chef, who has specially come down to curate the festival.
Join us and experience Chef Naidu’s culinary magic as you bite into fluffy Aratipandu Uttappam, Banana pancake, served with spicy and tangy chutney or try Punugulu, famous Telangana street food or the Tomato Pappu. For something a bit heartier, try the Bandameeda Chepa, delicious fresh fish cooked on an iron griddle with a drizzle of gingili oil, chilli and zesty lemon. Chicken lovers can try the Orugallu Kodi koora, spicy Chicken Curry from Warangal. For a meatier option try Chef Naidu’s signature Lamb chops simmered with roasted onion, royal cumin and pepper corn. Indulge in the ultimate Hyderabadi dish, Kacche Gosht ki Biryani and make sure not to miss out on the dessert special Khubani ka meetha.
