Pune: Tata Motors has embarked on a unique, customer-focused initiative, #GetSetBoltDrives, for the owners of the new Tata Bolt. In this initiative, the company engages with Bolt customers in a mileage challenge. Among the very first such drives, held in Pune, the company engaged with over 40 customers. Mr. Vaijinath Palve and Ms. Prajkta Rajapure winners of the Pune leg, clocked a mileage of 44.3 KM/L at the #GetSetBoltDrives, followed by Mr. Chandrashekhar Akware and Mr.Rahul Patil. The fun filled drive also featured entertainment activities and contests for the customers and their families.
Based on Tata Motors’ Horizonext strategy, the Bolt is a sporty hatchback, offering segment first Drivenext features making it the best-in-class for its driving dynamics, in both petrol and diesel variants. In petrol, the Bolt is powered by India’s first 1.2 litre Turbocharged Multi-point Fuel Injection (MPFi) Engine, REVOTRON 1.2T, boasting ‘Multi-Drive’ technology which enables customers to switch between SPORT, ECO and CITY mode, along with a superior throttle response. The BOLT features a touchscreen infotainment system supporting rich multimedia experience, video play-back, advanced Bluetooth technology, smart voice recognition, advanced smartphone integration, incoming SMS notification and read-outs, powered by HARMAN. Tata Motors has also worked with MapMyIndia for a next generation smart phone based navigation system, which provides location based services.
