‘Invisible Goodness: the story of Tata Power’ book by bestselling author Mr. Anil Dharker, celebrates the 100 years journey of India’s oldest and one of the most respected company – Tata Power, India’s largest integrated power company. From its visionary beginnings in the hydros, Tata Power today has grown exponentially having pan-India as well as international presence. Its pioneering efforts in the power sector have made meaningful contribution to the country.
The book reflects upon the Tata group founder Shri Jamsetji Tata’s dream of cheap, clean and abundant power and highlights Tata Power’s work for different communities, people and its invisible goodness. Through anecdotes of three generation of workers, the book chronicles their challenges & triumphs and celebrates the journey of India’s oldest and most respected company tribulations, its triumphant achievements and the unswerving loyalty to Tata Power.
