PCMC and PMRDA Commissioners inaugurate the exhibition where over 1000 RERA registered real estate projects of more than 60 member developers of CREDAI-Pune Metro are being showcased
PUNE: CREDAI Pune Metro unveiled its 21st Mega Property Exhibition at the Agricultural College Ground near Range Hills today at the hands of Rahul Mahiwal, Commissioner, PMRDA, and Shekhar Singh, Commissioner, PCMC. The expo will be held till Sunday, September 18, 2022, between 10 AM to 8 PM during which potential home buyers will get a chance to see over 1000 RERA registered projects of more than 60 well-known real estate developers from across Pune.
Satish Magar, CREDAI National Chairman, members of CREDAI-Pune Metro including Anil Pharande, President, Vice Presidents including Ranjit Naiknavare, Manish Jain, Aditya Javdekar and Vinod Chandwani, Arvind Jain, Secretary, Dr. D.K. Abhyankar, Director General and JP Shroff, Convenor of the expo among others were present during the event.
Speaking on the event, Rahul Mahiwal said, “This is a path-breaking expo, which is taking place after 3 years. Looks like for Real Estate things are coming on the right track and hopefully, it will see a boom in the coming days. CREDAI deserves credit as it has mobilized the entire real estate community and is also working for the interest of the customers through affordable housing. They are expanding in areas outside PMC, PMRDA, and PCMC as well. PMRDA is working on township and flats and is committed to providing quality housing with amenities to people with a comprehensive holistic approach with help of developers.“
Spread across 5,675 square meters area, the 21st exhibition features real estate projects of Pune, Pimpri-Chinchwad, and Pune Metropolitan region and they range from affordable to luxury segments, catering to a wide spectrum of home buyers.
Shekhar Singh said, “The expo is a great initiative by CREDAI-Pune Metro. There has been an increase in the demand for housing post COVID and through this expo it will be a win-win situation for both the developers as well as customers who’d be looking for the best options.”
Apart from the leading real estate developers, 13 financial institutions including leading Banks are also participating in the expo, which also includes banking partners of the exhibition like ICICI, HDFC Home Finance, Bank of Maharashtra, and Bank of Baroda. There is a presence of other associations as well including the Builders Association of India (BAI), Indian Green Building Council (IGBC), and Pune Construction Engineering and Research Foundation(PCERF).

Along with developers about 13 housing finance companies and banks have also participated in the expo, which will not only provide guidance to customers but will also help collect the data of potential buyers for future reference.”
