An online 8-Day Self-Care Plan for Inner-Wellbeing from 26th July – 2nd August 2020.
Themed as ‘Reflect! Release! Renew!’, the program includes a daily plan consisting of a meditation and powerful mind exercise for 15 minutes a day from the comfort of the home to experience Hearts at peace will create world peace. The Moment of Calm initiative is inspired by spiritual Master Dada J.P. Vaswani.

For children, a separate one-day program has been designed that includes a guided meditation & a Bookmark Challenge.

On the final day, Dada’s 102ndbirthday, we shall all observe the Moment of Calm, to raise the collective consciousness and usher in an era of peace and healing.
