85% UNITS SOLD ON DAY 1
Pune: Vascon Engineers Ltd (BSE Scrip ID VASCONEQ), one of the most trusted and renowned developer headquartered in Pune announced that it had sold 68 units or 85% of the units in their project ‘Forest Edge” on the day of its launch. The project is located at Kharadi and its first tower consisting of 80 units was launched on the auspicious occasion of Makar Sankranti.
Spread over ~1.7 acres, the project will be developed as a modern residential development comprising of 2 BHK apartments, modelled as Health Tech Homes, first of its kind in Pune.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Rajesh Mhatre- CEO- Real Estate, Vascon Engineers Limited, said, “Vascon with a legacy of over three decades has been known for its commitment to excellence and delivering value for money for its customers and the response that we received for ‘Forest Edge’ on the day of its launch only reiterates the faith that customers have for us. The project is centrally located to important infrastructures like Pune Airport, Proposed Pune metro station and Pune railway station. It is located few minutes away from important business hubs like World Trade Centre, Global Business Hub, EON IT park, Weikfield IT chambers. The location also has a good presence of social infrastructure in the form of hospitals, restaurants and entertainment zones.
Forest Edge is a joint venture between Vascon, Clover Builders and Shree Madhur Realtors with Vascon having a 50% share in the project.
