Known for its irresistible and exquisite cuisine, Bohri food is craved by people throughout the country. To celebrate the same, Kangan at The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace has brought the Exclusive Bohri Food Festival that will be presented to you by the multi-talented Chef Alifiya, all the way from The Westin Mumbai Garden City.
Indulge yourself in the array of pleasant offerings start with soups; the mouth-watering soups available are Paya Soup, Tamatar Soup and Doodh nu soup. The cuisine contains the Kharaas section, which is inclusive of delightful Dabba Ghost, everyone’s favourite- Shammi Kebab! , Kheema Cutlet alongside great options. Jamaan section is also available, the menu for which includes the tantalising chicken biryani, Mutton biryani, Kheema Khichi alongside Mag Pulav Sarkhi. The exclusive ‘Patveliya’ dish in which colocassia leaves are coated with a spicy gram flour batter is also available. There’s always room left for dessert and you will find the best in the Meethas section. The diverse range includes Thuli, Kheer Puri and Dhoodi Falooda. Nariyal Jelly is available as well to cater to your sweet cravings
