New Delhi: Ex. Delhi BJP MLA Vijay Jolly today issued a press statement questioning Delhi Govt. “Why Delhi’s 1,639 Unauthorized Colonies have not been Regularized till date ? “.
Shri. Jolly expressed his deep sorrow & anger for the step motherly treatment being met to the 75 lakh poor citizens living in these dengue prone residential slums in the capital city of India.
Poor people living in these unauthorized colonies do not have fresh drinking water, lack sewer facilities, experience regular electricity cuts, hanging electric wires and temporary pathways are serious local problems besieging Delhi citizens stated BJP leader Shri. Jolly.
22 years have lapsed but these slums have not been regularized. The citizens of these colonies have been misused for vote bank politics.
Temporary regularization certificates were issued by Congress leader Smt. Sonia Gandhi and olive branch of promises were made by AAP leader Arvind Kejriwal. But till date these colonies have not been regularized alleged Shri. Jolly.
Congress & AAP both have befooled the poor stated BJP leader.
BJP leader Vijay Jolly shall soon undertake a visit to slum clusters and shall issue a white paper on “Unauthorized Colonies” in Delhi.
