New Delhi: Delhi Study Group (Prominent Socio-Political NGO in Delhi) led by President Vijay Jolly and team organized a grand program to celebrate “International Women’s Day” at New Delhi, India. The Hon’ble Governor of Goa Mrs. Mridula Sinha was the Chief Guest on the occasion.
Besides 98 years old Iron Lady Mrs. Indira Pasricha other prominent women leaders active in the field of social work, journalism, film making, education, diplomacy, human rights, health, legal affairs, youth affairs, civic affairs & business sphere were honored at a grand program with overflowing guests organized by Delhi Study Group.
Women folks should not be honored on Int’l women’s day but should be respected & honored all during 365 days in a year stated Goa Governor Mridula Sinha while speaking at the program.
Women folks are pillar of strength in the Indian society stated Delhi Study Group President Vijay Jolly. Women as colleagues are great motivators and add glory to the men folks. They provide dignity and honor claimed Mr. Jolly.
Mayor of East Delhi, Mrs. Meenakshi Singh administered a public pledge for the safety & security of women in Delhi.
Member of Parliament from Rajasthan Vijay Goel also attended as a Special Guest along with famous Indian Punjabi folk singer Sardar Shamsher Mehndi.

Mayor), Anu Kant (Fashion Designer), Prof. Vartika Nanda (Women Crusader), Prof. Sushma Yadav (Pro-VC IGNOU), Uma Sharma (Kathak Dancer), Subha Rajan (CII), Sunita Duggal (Ex. IRS), Mohini Garg (Veteran Organizer), Sunita Siddiqi (Poetess), Dr. Angeli Qwatra (Disaster Management), Chitra Gopal, Dr. Anuradha Mehta, Dr. Anju Mehrotra (Education), Dr. Abhilasha Sharma (Health), Shobha Vijendra, Rekha Gupta, Mira Aggarwal (Civic Councilors), Raj Darbari (Theatre), Dr. Geeta Singh (Education), Ritu Rathaur (Social Media), Richa Aniruddh (IBN-7 TV), Aditi Maheshwari (Publisher) & Tanuja (Doordarshan TV).
