INDIA: Born and brought up in Bhopal, central India, Tripta has always been a topper since her childhood. She has done her double PGDM and was always passionate about being a beauty queen but this dream was lost while chasing her personal and professional growth. But it’s rightly said where there is a will there’s a way and this way was shown to her by the Diva pageant’s remarkable platform.
Let’s get to know Tripta Das!
Tripta, a 37-year-old was born and raised in a Rajput family in Bhopal. Being a topper, she has done her PGDM twice, once in Marketing & IT and another in Shipping Management. Also a law of attraction practitioner, she has worked with CRY during the pandemic. Now a mother of a 6-year-old, Tripta during her childhood used to drape her mom’s saree and pretend to be a Miss India but this dream of hers was never fulfilled until she realized that she should give it a try and contacted Diva Pageants. Under their esteemed guidance, she was groomed and trained for ramp walk to make up how to face Q/A. With her determination, she won the title of ‘Mrs. Maharashtra 1st runner up in the silver category and got a chance to represent India at an international platform that is Mrs. Universe. An admirer of drawing and reading, this diva wants to start her own NGO for women’s empowerment by providing vocational training.

The brainchild of Anjana and Karl Mascarenhas, Diva Pageants was started to give women a chance to shine and represent themselves who were stuck with either their private or proficient lives and were not given the possibility back then to tell their story to the world. Tripta says,” Before contacting Diva Pageants I approached many grooming schools but found Anjana and Karl Mascarenhas as the best mentors for guiding me through this journey.”Here at Diva Pageants, you will find the biggest support at every step, right from how to introduce yourself, how to dress up, makeup, rampwalk, and Q/A sessions everything is taught and that’s how you become a better version of yourself regardless of winning or not.
Tripta at Mrs. Universe Pageant!
This is going to be the 45th Mrs. Universe pageant which will take place in Sofia Bulgaria from 30th January to 5th February 2023. Tripta will be competing with 100 other contestants with this year’s theme as ‘Domestic Violence’. This international event every year takes place for 7-10 days and believes that physical beauty is just a part of the whole allure of a person. This contest is aimed at honoring the women who have grown up, nurtured their families, are mothers, and want to use their beauty for the sake of a good cause. The way it’s organized aims to be interesting and build friendships and win it all to be the real ambassadors for change.

Behind every successful individual, there are numerous amount of people working and hence Tripta gives credits to her partners in the journey – Anjana and Karl Mascarenhas for grooming and making her capable of representing India, Pooja Singh for developing her ramp walk skills as well as costume designing, Meesha Diagnostic as a skin expert, Her brother/ husband/ parents, and friends for being the constant source of encouragement.
This impeccable queen has made our hearts swell with pride and continue to do so with her monetized youtube channel i.e. Triptasrecipe Hindi, and her love for fiction, cooking, reading, and dancing. She says ”The entire journey till here has been a great learning experience. I am grateful to have gotten this chance to represent myself and my captivating country at the universe level. I can see a huge transformation in myself since the time I embarked on this journey and I am looking forward to sharing my opinions on domestic violence with my fellow contestants and putting my best foot forward to bring the crown home.” She inspires us with some motivational lines by saying that “Believe in yourself, if you have faith in your abilities, nobody can stop you from achieving your goals and dreams.“
