Nadir Godrej honored with Jeevan Gaurav Puraskar Award

MUMBAI: Godrej Industries’ Chairman and Managing Director, Nadir Godrej, was recently awarded the prestigious ‘Jeevan Gaurav Puraskar’ by the Maharashtra State Mango Growers Association for his exceptional contributions to India’s agriculture and horticulture sectors. The event was attended by agricultural leaders and forward-thinking farmers who celebrated their abundant harvests and brainstormed ways to tackle the challenges of global warming and climate change.

In his acceptance speech, Mr. Godrej expressed his gratitude to the farming community, his dedicated Godrej team, and the Maharashtra State Mango Growers Association for honoring him with the award. He also highlighted Godrej’s unwavering dedication to India and its farming community, stating that the company is committed to continuously evolving to serve the country’s best interests.

Godrej Agrovet Limited (GAVL), a diversified, research and development-focused food and agribusiness conglomerate, is dedicated to improving the productivity of Indian farmers by innovating products and services that sustainably increase crop and livestock yields. GAVL holds leading market positions in animal feed, crop protection, oil palm, dairy, poultry, and processed foods.
