ADP India Celebrates 24 Years of Excellence and 16 Years of Operations in Pune with Enthusiasm and Jubilation

ADP India, a leading provider of Human Resources Management Software and services, celebrated its Annual Day with great enthusiasm and jubilation at JW Marriott, Pune. The event witnessed an exceptional gathering of over 1,300 ADP associates and Senior Leaders to celebrate the company’s remarkable journey and unceasing growth over the years. As part of the festivities, ADP organized various cultural and immersive activities including theatrical performances, the traditional Maharashtrian Dhol Tasha, and live musical performances.

ADP India has been operating in India for 24 years and in Pune for 16 years. In 1999, 102 associates established operations in India, and seven years later, in 2007, ADP set up its product development and IT-enabled services operations in Pune. Today, ADP has tremendously grown in Pune, boasting a family of over 3,300 associates and overall, 11,000 associates in India. ADP enjoys a great satisfaction quotient with each of its associates and clients alike.

The evening was witness to a first-of-its-kind ADP Karaoke for the massive audience and a ‘retro-to-metro’ musical medley by ADP Studio, the company’s music group. In a vibrant and spirited display of celebration, ADP’s theatre group put on a Mahabharat-themed performance, followed by a synchronized Dhol Tasha performance by ADP associates and senior leadership. The star of the night was undeniably a futuristic and bots-themed dance performance by ADP’s associates. Yet another highlight of the event was a performance by the talented children of ADP India’s CSR program, TARANG. Furthermore, various teams highlighted their high-impact tech projects. The Project Showcasing was a one-of-a-kind demonstration of associates dressed in unique costumes, engaging the visitors with insights on their innovative ADP projects. The event concluded with an electrifying DJ and a gala dinner.
