PUNE: In an attempt to provide a platform to the new generation of artists from the world of Indian Classical Music, city-based Indi Musicons in association with Rohan Builders is undertaking an initiative titled ‘Rise’. The inaugural edition of ‘Rise’ will take place on May 10th at 6:30 pm at Seva Bhavan Auditorium, Near Bhalekar Matsyagandha Restaurant, Patwardhan Baug – Erandwane, Pune.
The inaugural edition will have the Classical Sarod Recital of Sarang Kulkarni, who is the recipient of the Ustaad Bismillah Khan Yuva Puraskar from the Sangeet Natak Academy. Followed by the performance of Sanika Kulkarni (Vocal). Sarang Kulkarni’s felicitation would be done at the hands of Taalyogi Pandit Suresh Talwalkar on the occasion.
