PUNE: Pune-based Pawan Singh has been appointed as the Competition Manager for the ISSF World Cup Finals, which commenced on Monday in New Delhi. This marks a significant milestone in Singh’s illustrious career, having previously served as Competition Manager for several World Cups held in India.
Singh’s appointment is a testament to his expertise and experience in the field of shooting sports. Notably, he is the only Indian to have served as a jury member at two Olympics, in Tokyo and Paris. His vast knowledge and understanding of the sport will be invaluable in ensuring a seamless and successful execution of the ISSF World Cup Finals.
As Competition Manager, Singh will oversee all aspects of the tournament, including scheduling, venue management, and ensuring compliance with international shooting sport regulations.
