The Global CEO Marvels at ADP India’s Journey of Technological Innovation and Commitment to Community Growth
HYDERABAD: ADP India, a leading provider of Human Resources Management Software & Services, celebrates its 25th year of operations in India. This marks a landmark year for the company’s journey towards innovation, growth, and transformative business impact. The event at HICC Hyderabad was filled with zeal as nearly 5000 of its associates gathered to celebrate success, recognize achievements, and witness energetic cultural performances that were displayed by kids supported by Tarang – ADP India CSR Program, and by ADP’s talented associates who form the ADP Studio, ADP Dancing Stars, and Dhol!
The event was graced by the presence of Maria Black, President & CEO of ADP Global, to commemorate this important milestone with the ADP India team. She was joined by senior leaders from her executive committee, Sreeni Kutam, President of Global Product & Innovation, Don McGuire, Chief Financial Officer, and Paul Boland, Chief Human Resources Officer. Their participation was a testament to the importance of India in ADP’s global strategy and a statement of ADP’s efforts toward furthering the growth in the region. Ms. Black addressed the gathering and thanked each of the 12000+ ADP India associates for their unrelenting contributions to sustaining high levels of client experience through innovation in the Human Capital Management space.
ADP India started in 1999 with only 102 associates, and in the last 25 years, this team has grown from strength to strength. Today, ADP India boasts of a family of over 12,000 associates. ADP India contributes significantly to ADP’s global success, with 25% of the service organization and 34% of technology teams based here, which is a testimony to the strong performance and contribution of the company in both Indian and global markets.

The leadership shared stories of the impact of initiatives, by Tarang (ADP India CSR Program), like Trauma Care Center, 900,000 mid-day meals to 37,000+ children, Spirit Walk for environment sustainability, for people’s welfare, and more which make a difference in the lives of lakhs of people in our communities.
