MUMBAI: Khaitan & Co, a leading full-service law firm, has announced the appointment of Alpesh Parekh as a Partner in the Real Estate practice. He will be based in the Pune office.

Alpesh comes with over 18 years of experience in the real estate sector. He has advised both domestic and international clients, including developers, investors, lenders, multinational corporations, and high-net-worth individuals. He has also represented multinational clients in revenue litigation.
Before joining Khaitan & Co, Alpesh was a Partner with AZB & Partners. He has completed his B.L.S, LL.B., and Diploma in Intellectual Property Laws from Symbiosis International University.
His appointment comes at a pivotal time, as the Firm recently moved to a new office space in Pune to better serve its clients. This strategic move, coupled with Alpesh’s deep expertise, will further enhance the Firm’s capabilities in Pune and other districts of Maharashtra.
