The final chapter of the three-part series reflects resilience, reassurance, and the quiet strength of inclusive communities.
PUNE: Paranjape Schemes Construction Private Limited has released Chapter 3 of its Swaniketan film series, titled “A New Door Opens”, marking the conclusion of the three-part narrative that has unfolded over the past few weeks.
The series opened with a question that weighs heavily on many families of differently-abled individuals: What does the future look like for their loved ones in the years ahead? It then turned to the realities of daily caregiving, highlighting the responsibility, strength, and steady commitment that shape family life every single day.
With this final chapter, the journey comes full circle. “A New Door Opens” shifts the lens from uncertainty to reassurance. It captures not only the resilience of differently-abled individuals and their families, but also the confidence that comes from knowing there is an environment thoughtfully created to support long-term stability, dignity, and belonging.
Inspired by Swaniketan, a purpose-built residential community developed by Paranjape Special Projects, a focused division of Paranjape Schemes, the film reflects what inclusive living can look like when design begins with real human needs.
Speaking about the vision and response to the series, Shashank Paranjape, Managing Director, Paranjape Schemes Construction Private Limited, said, “This series began with a very simple but deeply emotional question that so many parents carry within them: What happens after us? In the first chapter, we acknowledged that fear. In the second, we brought forward the unseen, everyday struggles of caregiving. And with this final chapter, we wanted to offer reassurance to show that thoughtful, long-term solutions are possible. The response has been truly overwhelming. We have received messages from families who said they felt understood and less alone. If the series has helped create sensitivity, spark conversations, and encourage families to come forward and think about the future with greater confidence, then it has fulfilled its purpose.”
Through the Swaniketan film series, Paranjape Schemes has not only presented a residential initiative but also contributed to a broader dialogue around inclusion and dignity. As the final chapter concludes, it leaves behind a clear message: when homes are designed around people and their lived realities, they do more than provide shelter. They open new doors.
