PUNE: Real Estate Developer Ranjit Naiknavare has been unanimously elected as the President of CREDAI Pune-Metro. He will assume the charge from outgoing president Anil Pharande on Saturday, April 1, 2023. The term of his presidency will be for 2 years.
In the recent managing committee meeting of CREDAI Pune Metro, Ranjit Naiknavare was elected for the top post. The new team of CREDAI Pune Metro consists of Amar Manjrekar, Manish Jain, Aditya Javdekar, Rajesh Choudhary, Vinod Chandwani, and Arvind Jain as Vice Presidents. Ashwin Trimal and Tejraj Patil have become Secretary and joint secretary respectively. Whereas I.P.Inamdar will be the treasurer, Kapil Gandhi will continue to handle Public Relations, Akhil Agarwal will oversee RERA issues and Manish Kaneria will look after the environmental aspects.
Realtors JP Shroff, Sanjay Deshpande, Akhil Agarwal, Manish Kaneria, Santosh Karnawat, Satish Agarwal, Sapna Rathi, Ketan Ruikar, Dilip Mittal, Anup Jhamtani, Siddharth Moorthy, Punit Oswal, Abhishek Bhatewara, Vasant Kate, Ishan Magar, and Kapil Trimal are elected as members of the Managing Committee.
Ranjit Naiknavare is the director of Naiknavare Developers Pvt. Ltd and has been working in the field of Real Estate for over two decades now. He holds a B.E degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Mumbai, an MS in Structural Engineering from the USA, and MBA in Finance. He is also involved with various social and charitable endeavors.
The CREDAI-Pune Metro is an Association of Builders and Promoters of Pune, PCMC, and the PMRDA area. It was established in 1982 and since then it has been operating for the promotion of the Real Estate Sector in the region for the benefit of its Members for more than 40 years. Credai Pune Metro is the Pune chapter of the apex body Credai National representing over 13,000 developers through 21 states and 217 city chapters across the country. Credai Pune Metro has a strong membership of around 500 plus primary members & around 1500 rera members consisting of leading Promoters and Builders of Pune and PCMC which accounts for about 70% of the construction activities in the Pune Metro area.
