MUMBAI: Skoda Auto India has achieved a significant milestone by selling over 1,00,000 cars in the last two years. The company’s locally developed and produced models, Kushaq and Slavia, have been instrumental in achieving this feat. Skoda Auto India has reached this landmark in the shortest time in its India operations, following its successful growth strategy.
The year 2022 was a record-breaking one for Skoda Auto India, with the launch of Kushaq and Slavia. In 2023, the momentum was slightly hampered by supply issues and related constraints. Despite the challenges, Skoda Auto India achieved sales of 48,755 units in the period from January 1 to December 31, 2023.
