Announces 10% dividend during recently held AGM

PUNE: At the 52nd Annual General Body Meeting held recently in Pune, The Vishweshwar Sahakari Bank Limited has announced a 10% dividend for its members for the year 2022-23. The official social media handles of the bank on Instagram and Facebook were also unveiled on the occasion.

Speaking on the occasion, Anil Gadve, Chairman of the Vishweshwar Sahakari Bank Limited said, “As compared to last year, we are aiming to do better in the current financial year in terms of loan recovery and increasing the overall business of the bank. We will surely achieve it due to continued support from our members and customers. Very soon we shall open new branches at Ichalkaranji and Latur taking the total number of branches to 30.

Banks business has touched Rs.3000 Cr and now we are aiming to take it to Rs.5000/- Cr in near future“, Gadve added.

The General Body meeting was attended by the board members like Sunil Rukari, Manoj Sakhare, Rajendra Miraje, Dattatreya Kamathe, Amol Maniyar, Subhash Ladage, Ajay Doeejad, Ravindra Mahajan, Dr. Chintamani Vaijapurkar, Ratna Kasbekar, Sulabha Kokate along with the Shreeram Apte, the CEO of Vishweshwar Sahakari Bank Ltd. Shreyas Rukari, Vice-Chairman of Vishweshwar Bank Limited proposed the vote of thanks.
