PUNE: International School of Business and Media is organizing its mega annual cultural fest CRESCENDO 23’ from 16th to 18th March. It has been standing strong as the flagship event of ISB&M for the last 22 years and marks an inspired and novel initiative by the students each year to put on a magnificent show. The first day of the event had a footfall of over 1000+ students across institutes in Pune and nearby cities such as MIT Pune, Symbiosis University, Vishwakarma Insititute, Modern College of Arts, Savitribai Phule University, Cummins college, MIMA, Indira College and several more. The fest kickstarted with ‘Beat Outburst’ judged by the amazing singer-composer, Ms. Pranati Khanna aka PeeKay. Ms. Pranati enthralled the audience and set the mood of Crescendo right on a dreamy note as she sang “What a beautiful world’ by Louis Armstrong. Day 1 has a lineup of exciting events such as a Battle of Bands being judged by the famous band Runaway Historia and Dance competition being judged by popular Mumbai-based choreographer and dancer Ausaf Siddiqui, a Rap battle being judged by guest artist and MTV hustle fame rapper Sagar Shetty AKA Shetty Sa.
Day 2 of Crescendo has many exciting events lined up like reel making competition ‘Mad Ads Nazariya’, Photography, sports competitions, solo and group dance, show stopper, ‘Rang de’ painting competition, and the singing competition finale. The expected student footfall is 4000+ including celebrity judges and social media influencers The limelight event is the dance and fashion shows to be judged by seasoned dancer and choreographer Printika Kumari and fashionista and model ex-Miss Pune and top finalist of Miss India Dr. Shivani Bhatnagar.
The final day witnessed the mega Artist Pro night, starring the soulful singer and performer Asees Kaur performing live in concert in Ivy Lawns, Baner on the 18th March from 7 pm onwards. This was the Star Night of Crescendo and in the past ISB&M has hosted the biggest names from Bollywood and celebrities such as singer performer Mohit Chauhan, Neha Kakkar, music artist Vishal Shekhar, Lucky Ali, Saleem Suleiman, Jal the Band, Atif Aslam, Mohd Irfan, comedian Zakir Khan and so forth attracting a crowd of 4000+ and creating a night of fun, liveliness, and zing.
On this occasion PRESIDENT- DR. PRAMOD KUMAR, ISB&M GROUP. said, ISB&M has an active approach to student development, institute class & outside class. Crescendo is a large intercollege fest that ISB&M organizes. It contributes immensely to the learning of students.
