This transformative program redefines patient safety standards, leveraging advanced AI technology to deliver precision care, proactive interventions, and unparalleled clinical outcomes. It features an AI-powered patient monitoring system that continuously monitors patients’ conditions and detects early signs of deterioration. Additionally, it identifies critical and severely critical cases, notifies emergency teams for immediate action, and ensures timely and life-saving interventions.

Currently active in Sahyadri’s Hadapsar and Deccan units, the Command Centre will be expanded across all Sahyadri hospitals in the next six months, ensuring seamless adoption of this transformative technology chain-wide.

On this announcement, Mr Abrarali Dalal, Managing Director and CEO of Sahyadri Hospitals Private Limited, said, “We are proud to launch Maharashtra’s first AI-Powered Command Centre, a revolutionary step in transforming patient care and safety. In partnership with Dozee, this initiative demonstrates our commitment to leveraging cutting-edge technology for proactive healthcare management, enabling real-time monitoring and seamless decision-making to safeguard the well-being of every patient.”

Dr. Kapil Borawake, Director of Critical Care at Sahyadri Hospital added, “Patient safety is at the core of our operations. With this initiative, we are shifting from a reactive model to a predictive and preventive one. By utilizing real-time data and early warnings, our teams can address clinical deterioration before it becomes critical, saving lives and improving recovery outcomes. Doctors must adopt advanced AI-powered technologies like Dozee to enhance their clinical decision-making. In today’s evolving healthcare landscape, integrating AI into clinical practice is becoming essential to meet the high standards of care that patients now expect.”

The initiative equips non-ICU ward beds with Dozee’s state-of-the-art Remote Monitoring System (RMS) and Early Warning System (EWS), enabling continuous, real-time monitoring of vital parameters such as heart rate, respiration rate, blood pressure, SPO2 levels, temperature, and ECG. Dozee’s Early Warning System (EWS) tracks the trends of vital parameters and provides alerts to healthcare providers for early detection of patients’ clinical deterioration, enabling timely medical intervention. Dozee uses AI-based Ballistocardiography (BCG) for contactless vitals monitoring. Dozee’s technology is patented and made in India. Dozee’s innovative technology significantly impacts patient safety, clinical outcomes, and operational efficiency. A landmark study published in Frontiers in Medical Technology revealed that Dozee’s AI-powered Early Warning System (EWS) can predict patient deterioration up to 16 hours in advance, offering healthcare professionals critical time for early intervention.

Dr. Nikhila Juvvadi, MD – Medical Director – Dozee, added, “Partnering with Sahyadri Hospitals is a step forward in our mission to transform healthcare delivery. The AI-powered Health Command Centre is not just about technology—it’s about empowering healthcare professionals with the tools they need to provide the highest standard of care.
