MUMBAI: SAI International Education Group, a renowned educational institution in India, recently paid tribute to the enduring legacy of its esteemed Founder-Chairman, Dr. Bijaya Kumar Sahoo, with a series of events held throughout August and September 2023. The ‘Founder’s Memorial Series’ culminated in an ‘Advaya’-An artful experience for parents and students, followed by the ‘Founder’s Memorial Talk’ featuring keynote speaker Shri Devdutt Pattanaik, who shared valuable insights on the theme ‘Happy Minds, Bright Future.’
Over 5,000 attendees, including parents, teachers, and students, had the privilege of listening to Pattanaik’s speech, where he emphasized the importance of cultivating happiness and contentment in students, as backed by mythology. He also spoke of the difference between ‘Bigyan Ka Sach’ & ‘Vishwas Ka Sach’ and how the Royal Society’s motto ‘Nullius In Verba’ stands as an expression of determination to verify all statements with facts determined by experiments and to maintain independence.
Following Pattanaik’s inspiring address, SAIoneers engaged in an enriching Q&A session with him, seeking guidance on cultivating inner peace and the essential factors to consider for a bright future. The winners of the ‘Founder Debate Cup 2023’ were also felicitated on this momentous occasion.
