MUMBAI: Tata Technologies Limited has announced its initial public offering (IPO) of up to 60,850,278 equity shares. The IPO will open on November 22, 2023, with bids being accepted until November 24, 2023. The price band for the offering has been fixed at INR 475-500 per equity share.

The IPO comprises an offer for sale of up to 46,275,000 equity shares by Tata Motors Limited, up to 9,716,853 equity shares by Alpha TC Holdings Pte. Ltd., and up to 4,858,425 equity shares by Tata Capital Growth Fund I. Bids can be made for a minimum of 30 equity shares and in multiples of 30 equity shares thereafter.

The anchor investor bidding date is set for November 21, 2023, one working day prior to the bid/offer opening date. The company’s equity shares have not been and will not be registered under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, as amended, or any other applicable law of the United States and may not be offered or sold within the United States except pursuant to an exemption from, or in a transaction not subject to, the registration requirements of the U.S. Securities Act and applicable U.S. state securities laws.
