Shri. Ramesh Bais, Hon.Governor of Maharashtra said that students will have an opportunity to see India transition into a developed country by 2047 and will have an opportunity to contribute to the progress of the country. Earlier students used to go abroad with good packages. But now the situation is changing In reality reverse migration has started. The country’s recent successes like Chandrayan, G20, success in the Asian Games have given our country confidence. The G20’s success has changed the way the world looks at us and will benefit us. How much benefit we take from this will depend on how we can create opportunities for our people.

I would appeal to students to become risk-takers and Innovators and create their enterprises and startups. The National Education Policy will help students unlock a lot of potential and benefit the students to the last mile.

Raman Preet, Chairman Pune Institute of Business Management ( PIBM ) said that our vision is to contribute to making our state fully skilled. He added that students should take responsibility for their future to reach their destiny.  Attitude and positive thinking play a major role in achieving goals and success apart from talent and skills.

Dr. Bhimaraya Metri, the Director, of IIM Nagpur, said that when it comes to the corporate world, the journey and boundaries are different. This is an important juncture as India is moving towards global leadership. The students will now step out into a dynamic, fluid, and disruptive world. But every disruption brings a lot of opportunities. Describing five mantras he added that,  In such a situation,  students should be first to adopt new technologies, dream big, live with Indian Ethos, be a disruptor instead of becoming disruptor and become a developer instead of a consumer of tech, and always be able to work in a discomfort zone to deliver best results.
