PUNE: Suhana Spices Warehouse, Yavat, Pune, was awarded the prestigious provisional Net Zero Energy Certification by the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC), in Chennai last month. This project, which was conceptualized and designed by Anand Chordia, ranked first in the country under the Warehouse and Industrial Category. The Net Zero Energy Certification is a testament to the Suhana Spices team’s commitment to environmental sustainability, energy efficiency, and the community’s overall well-being.
